三七在祖国医学中具有滋补强壮的作用,三七绒根提取物76017,市售商品名为三七冠心宁,是治疗冠心病、心绞痛的有效药物。其主要成分为三七皂甙,C_1、C_3、D_1、D_2、E_1和E_2六种皂甙单体及一些黄酮等。我们曾报导76017能扩张猫及兔冠脉、降低心肌耗氧量、减慢心率、扩张外周血管等。现将76017对心肌缺血、环核苷酸、核酸及蛋白质的影响的实验报导如下。 (1)将结扎兔冠状动脉前降枝诱发心肌缺血的20只家兔,长期慢性给药,ST段与T波基本恢复(21.5天),而对照组无1例恢复正常(45天);在20条麻醉开胸狗的实验中,在左冠状动脉前降枝供血区安装15个心外膜
