1987年2月至1991年10月我们遇到23例非牙源性疾病引起的牙痛。年龄及性别均无特殊。均以牙痛为主诉。可阵发性剧痛、咀嚼痛、持续性隐痛。经临床观察,疼痛一部份来源于邻近的浅表性病损(龈部溃疡8例,窦性2例,流腮1例)占47.8%。另一部份来源于远处的深在性病损(高血压与冠心病3例、三叉神经痛7例,精神性2例)占52.2%。患者疼痛牙本身并无病变,而是因邻近或远处病损反射性地引起疼痛,经对症治疗后均使
From February 1987 to October 1991 we encountered 23 cases of toothache caused by non-odontogenic diseases. Age and gender are no special. Toothache are the main complaints. Paroxysmal pain, chewing pain, persistent pain. According to clinical observation, the pain is partly due to the adjacent superficial lesions (8 cases of gingival ulcer, 2 cases of sinus and 1 case of flow gill) accounting for 47.8%. The other part of the distance from the deep lesions (hypertension and coronary heart disease in 3 cases, 7 cases of trigeminal neuralgia, mental 2 cases) accounted for 52.2%. Patients with pain in the teeth itself no lesions, but because of nearby or distant reflex pain caused by symptomatic treatment are made after
