毛泽东民族思想与邓小平民族理论都是立足马克思列宁主义民族理论,在结合我国具体民族实际的基础上形成的中国特色社会主义民族理论。毛泽东对我国民主革命及社会主义建设时期民族发展规律予以了深刻地分析;邓小平在改革开放的背景下对毛泽东的民族思想做了进一步的完善和发展。在当前民族分裂势力与宗教极端组织暴恐活动日益猖獗的情形下,对毛泽东民族思想与邓小平民族理论做以比较研究有着重要的借鉴意义。
Both Mao Zedong’s national thought and Deng Xiaoping’s national theory are based on the Marxist-Leninist theory of nation and formed the theory of nationalism with Chinese characteristics based on the concrete national reality of our country. Mao Zedong made a profound analysis of the law of national development during the period of our country’s democratic revolution and socialist construction. Under the background of reform and opening up, Mao Zedong further perfected and developed Mao Zedong’s national thought. In the current situation of increasingly fierce acts of ethnic separatism and extremist religious organizations, it is of great significance to make a comparative study of Mao Zedong’s national thought and Deng Xiaoping’s national theory.
