为了解决高瓦斯低透气性煤层瓦斯排放困难的问题,结合钻孔孔洞周围煤体的应力分布规律和移动变形规律,分析了冲煤扫孔技术的作用原理。基于桃园煤矿竖井揭煤过程中冲煤扫孔技术的现场应用试验,考察分析了冲出煤量、扫孔前后瓦斯排放量、扫孔前后孔内瓦斯浓度变化等参数。结果表明,采用冲煤扫孔技术后,有效地扩大了卸压范围,增加了煤体的透气性,强化了瓦斯预排效果,缩短了排放工期。
In order to solve the problem of gas drainage in high gas and low permeability coal seam, the principle of the hole sweeping technology of coal washing is analyzed based on the stress distribution law and movement deformation law of the coal around the hole. Based on field application experiments of coal scavenging technology in open pit coal uncovering in Taoyuan Coal Mine, parameters such as outflow coal volume, gas emission before and after scavenging, gas concentration change before and after scavenging were analyzed. The results show that the use of coal cleaning technology, the effective expansion of the pressure relief range, increase the permeability of coal, gas pre-treatment to enhance the effect and shorten the emission schedule.
