对‘Arkin’阳桃(Averrhoa carambola L.)进行热水浸泡和热蒸气处理的果蝇检疫处理。测定了果实的可销售性、色泽、失重、内部征状、风味、总酸和可溶性固形物含量等。49.0—49.3℃处理的阳桃处理后2—4天产生极度损伤。对照和处理的数据在统计学上无显著差异,但热处理阳桃果皮颜色比对照果暗些。46.0—46.3℃处理果实的失重远高于43.3—43.6℃处理的。
Drosophila quarantine treatment of Arkin ’Averrhoa carambola L. by hot water soaking and hot steaming. Determination of the salability of the fruit, color, weight loss, internal symptoms, flavor, total acid and soluble solids content. 49.0-49.3 ℃ treatment of carambola 2-4 days after treatment produce extreme damage. There was no statistically significant difference between the control and the treated data, but the color of heat-treated carambola peel was darker than the control. 46.0-46.3 ℃ fruit weight loss treatment is much higher than the 43.3-43.6 ℃ treatment.
