消化性溃疡是临床的常见病,其主要的病因为胃酸分泌过多,胃肠黏膜保护减弱和幽门螺旋杆菌的感染。质子泵抑制剂和H2受体阻滞剂是目前治疗消化溃疡的主要药物。本文采用的是以兰索拉唑三联疗法和枸橼酸雷尼替丁铋盐三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡。比较二种方案的活动期
Peptic ulcer is a common clinical disease, the main cause is excessive gastric acid secretion, decreased gastrointestinal mucosal protection and Helicobacter pylori infection. Proton pump inhibitors and H2 receptor blockers are the main drugs for the treatment of peptic ulcer. This article is based on lansoprazole triple therapy and ranitidine citrate bismuth triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer. Compare the duration of the two programs
