本文报告在使用间二硝基苯和氯气的生产过程中发生爆炸,导致多发伤害和急性全身性化学物中毒,5例发生MOF死亡。 间二硝基苯爆炸引起火焰烧伤、热液烫伤及化学烧伤, Ⅱ~Ⅲ度烧伤面积在 15%~26%;爆炸产生冲击波伤害;化学物经呼吸道、创面、皮肤吸收造成急性中毒。发病后3小时即出现呼吸衰竭,其后序贯发生3~6个器官功能衰竭。虽经全力抢救,终因复合伤害、硝基苯化学物直接损伤器官导致悲惨结局。
This article reports the explosion that occurred during the use of dinitrobenzene and chlorine gas, leading to multiple injuries and acute systemic chemical poisoning, and 5 deaths from MOF. Inter-dinitrobenzene explosion caused by flame burns, hydrothermal scald and chemical burns, Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ degree burn area in 15% to 26%; blast shock wave damage; chemicals through the respiratory tract, wounds, skin absorption caused acute poisoning. Respiratory failure occurred 3 hours after onset, followed by 3 to 6 sequential organ failure. Despite the full rescue, the end result of compound injury, nitrobenzene chemicals directly lead to tragic organ outcome.
