旧城区是城市各个历史世代发展的缩影,部分小区住房因年代久远已成为危房。近年来随着城市面貌的变化,城市功能分区更为明显,土地资源的重要性日益增长,棚户区改造问题更是资源型城市可持续发展的关键。据统计,2015年沈阳棚户区改造计划主要为沈阳中心老城区,共有29个地块、10385户居民,棚户区改造应以“化零为整,从零到整”为中心,从多方面进行规划。在做到整体的同时对棚户区的布局和基础设施进行合理科学的改造。而棚户区改造应以满足人民群众需求为前提,让人民群众切实感受到棚户区改造后有家的感觉,让人民群众有被团体认可与接纳的切实的归属感。本文通过多方面就棚户区改造做出分析及规划,并分析棚户区的发展方向,进而讨论棚户区规划的原则与方法。、
