本文采用透射电镜和能谱研究了30CrMnSi钢经预淬得到板条马氏体后再亚温淬火时,马氏体加铁素体纤维状双相组织的形成机理。实验结果表明:纤维状双相组织的形成过程分三个阶段。第一阶段,奥氏体于原板条马氏体板条边界上碳化物处形核、长大,直到碳化物完全溶解;第二阶段,奥氏体沿原板条马氏体板条边界生长,直到布满整个原板条马氏体板条边界;第三阶段,奥氏体在合金元素扩散的控制下沿垂直于原板条马氏体板条边界生长。
In this paper, the formation mechanism of martensite and ferrite fibrous dual phase microstructure of 30CrMnSi steel pre-quenched after lath martensite quenching was investigated by transmission electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The experimental results show that the formation of fibrous duplex structure is divided into three stages. In the first stage, the austenite nucleates and grows on the carbides at the boundary of the original slab martensite slab until the carbides completely dissolve. In the second stage, the austenite grows along the boundary of the original slab martensite slab, Until the entire original slab martensite lath boundary; In the third stage, austenite growth along the perpendicular to the original lath martensite slab boundary under the control of the alloy element diffusion.
