全身性坏疽型牛痘反应,是一种较为少见的种痘后异常反应。我院曾收治两例,兹简要报告如下: 例1 付×,女,1(5/12)岁,二胎足月顺产,混合喂养(母乳为主),营养发育正常。1970年4月8日于右上臂初次常规种痘两颗,10日午夜发烧38℃,十一日右上臂发现红色点状丘疹。母痘始有灌浆,周围红肿浸润。12日丘疹、疱疹遍布全身,母痘浸润范围扩大(2.0×2.5cm),痘浆充盈无破溃。13日患儿口腔、眼周、会阴部出现黄豆粒大小的成批疱疹,高烧、昏睡、烦躁。14日因全身性坏疽型牛痘反
