目的:探讨品管圈活动在神经内科住院患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取医院神经内科2015年7月~2016年3月收治的120例患者,根据不同护理方案,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组患者60例,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者则在此基础上,开展品管圈活动,比较两组住院患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者的各项基础护理服务落实情况,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);相比于对照组,观察组患者的护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动在神经内科住院患者护理中应用效果显著,可提升患者的舒适度,使得患者正视疾病,全面提升护理质量,进而提高患者对护理工作的认可度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of QA activities in the inpatient care of neurology. Methods: A total of 120 patients admitted from July 2015 to March 2016 in the department of neurology of the hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing plans. 60 patients in each group were given routine nursing care and observation On the basis of this, the patients in the group conducted quality control activities and compared the nursing effects of the two groups of inpatients. Results: The implementation of various basic nursing services in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: QA activities are significantly effective in the nursing of inpatients in neurology department, which can improve patient comfort, make patients face up to the disease, and improve the quality of nursing care in an all-round way, thus improving patient acceptance of nursing work.
