目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定滑膜炎片中原儿茶醛的含量测定方法。方法采用HypercloneBDS色谱柱,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(19:80:1)为流动相,流速为1ml/min;柱温为室温;检测波长为280nm。结果原儿茶醛在5.412~108.240μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为99.50%(n=6),RSD为1.31%。结论本方法操作简便,专属性强,准确度高,重现性好,便于生产过程中制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of protocatechuic aldehyde in synovitis tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods A Hyperclone BDS column was used with methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (19:80:1) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1 ml/min, the column temperature was room temperature, and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The protocatechuic aldehyde showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 5.412~108.240μg/ml. The average recovery rate was 99.50% (n=6) and the RSD was 1.31%. Conclusion The method is easy to operate, with high specificity, high accuracy, good reproducibility, and easy to control the quality of the preparation in the production process.
