[目的]旨在分析红籽瓜种质资源形态学多样性。[方法]对51份红籽瓜种质资源形态学性状进行聚类分析和主成分分析。[结果]红籽瓜种质资源39个形态性状变异系数为5.37%~66.95%,平均变异系数为22.87%。Shannon多样性信息指数平均值为1.55,种子长度Shannon多样性信息指数最高,为2.16;种皮覆纹最低,为0.32,数量性状多样性信息指数大于质量性状。通过主成分分析,第一主成分方差贡献率为19.49%,第二主成分方差贡献率为15.32%;第三主成分方差贡献率为9.55%。基于形态学的聚类分析将51份红籽瓜种质分为三大类,其中第一类仅1份材料,第二类2份材料,前两类均为野生种材料。第三类48份材料,为栽培种材料。[结论]为红籽瓜种质资源保护和利用提供理论依据。
[Objective] The aim was to analyze the morphological diversity of red seed watermelon germplasm resources. [Method] The morphological characters of 51 germplasm resources of red gourd were clustered and analyzed by principal component analysis. [Result] The coefficient of variation of 39 morphological traits of seed germplasm resources was 5.37% ~ 66.95% and the average coefficient of variation was 22.87%. Shannon’s diversity index was 1.55, Shannon’s index of seed length was the highest, 2.16, and the lowest was 0.32. The information index of quantitative trait diversity was greater than that of quality traits. By principal component analysis, the variance of the first principal component variance is 19.49%, the second principal component variance is 15.32%, and the third principal component variance is 9.55%. Based on the morphological cluster analysis, 51 parts of red seed watermelon germplasm were divided into three categories, of which only 1 material was the first type and 2 materials were the second type. The first two types were wild species. The third category of 48 materials for the cultivation of materials. [Conclusion] The study provided the theoretical basis for the protection and utilization of red seed watermelon germplasm resources.
