目的了解深圳市龙华新区2014-2015年感染性腹泻病原体的流行特征。方法收集龙华新区哨点医院监测门诊腹泻病例的粪便标本,开展病原菌分离鉴定,同时对阴性样本进行核酸检测。结果共采集病人粪便标本1 319份,分离到病原菌159株,检出率12.05%,其中沙门菌76株,检出率5.76%,志贺菌1株,检出率0.08%,空肠弯曲菌无分离株,副溶血弧菌45株,检出率3.41%,致泻性大肠杆菌37株,检出率2.80%。病毒核酸检测阳性共61份,检出率5.26%,其中诺如病毒核酸阳性28份,检出率2.12%,轮状病毒核酸阳性31份,检出率2.35%,星状病毒核酸阳性3份,检出率0.23%,肠腺病毒无检出。结论 2014-2015年深圳市龙华新区感染性腹泻呈高发状态,病原菌主要以沙门菌、副溶血弧菌和致泻性大肠杆菌为主,病毒性感染主要是以诺如病毒和轮状病毒为主。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of infectious diarrhea pathogens in Longhua New District of Shenzhen City from 2014 to 2015. Methods Stool specimens from outpatients with diarrhea in the outpatient department of sentinel Hospital in Longhua New District were collected to carry out isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria and nucleic acid detection of negative samples. Results A total of 1 319 samples of stool were collected and 159 strains of pathogens were isolated. The detection rate was 12.05%. Among them, 76 were Salmonella, the detection rate was 5.76%, and 1 strain was Shigella, the detection rate was 0.08%. Campylobacter jejuni Among the isolates, 45 were Vibrio parahaemolyticus, with a detection rate of 3.41% and 37 strains of diarrheal Escherichia coli, with a detection rate of 2.80%. A total of 61 viral nucleic acid tests were positive, with a detection rate of 5.26%, of which 28 were Norovirus positive, the detection rate was 2.12%, the rotavirus nucleic acid positive was 31, the detection rate was 2.35%, the astrovirus positive was 3 , The detection rate of 0.23%, enterovirus no detection. Conclusions In 2014-2015, the infectious diarrhea in Longhua New District of Shenzhen City showed a high incidence. The main pathogens were Salmonella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and diarrheal Escherichia coli. The main viral infections were mainly Norovirus and Rotavirus .
