通过今年整顿部队卫生机关,可以清楚地看出,那一个单位大学毛主席著作,坚持四个第一,抓紧思想建设,以思想带业务,那一个单位就成绩大,技术硬,作风好,斗志高,因而连年获得四好单位的称号。几年来,这样的单位是越来越多了,这是十分令人高兴的事。但是,也有些单位不大注意抓思想建设,四个第一不落实,因而那里的问题很多,工作没有起色。卫生机关在思想建设上所要抓的问题是
