为了集中力量深入医疗第一线,我院党委专門进行了研究討論,确定从五名委員中抽出三名委員,全力以赴,深入医疗第一綫。其余两名委員也用約三分之一的时間深入临床前綫,深入基层。我們深入第一线以后,采取“轉”(各方面了解情况),“找”(找問题),“蹲”(重点深入研究),“議”(发动群众座談討論),“干”(实踐)的方法,着重抓好以下几项工作:
