企业参与职业教育能够有效促进职业教育的健康发展。然而,一直以来,我国企业参与职业教育的动力不足,积极性不高,本文运用劳动经济学的相关理论对企业参与职业教育的动力不足等问题进行了解释。对企业是不是真的需要职业教育,该不该对企业实施问责、倒逼企业参与职业教育,以及企业参与职业教育的自身诉求等问题进行了深入思考,这对当前我国如何提高企业参与职业教育的积极性以及完善企业参与职业教育的相关政策法规具有一定的启示意义。
The participation of enterprises in vocational education can effectively promote the healthy development of vocational education. However, all along, the motivation of Chinese enterprises to participate in vocational education is not enough and enthusiasm is not high. This article uses the relevant theories of labor economics to explain the lack of motivation for enterprises to participate in vocational education. Does it really require vocational education for enterprises? Should we conduct in-depth thinking on such issues as the enterprise’s implementation of accountability, the forcing of enterprises to participate in vocational education, and the self-appeal of enterprises in their participation in vocational education? How do we improve the participation of enterprises in our country? The enthusiasm of education and the improvement of relevant policies and regulations of enterprises participating in vocational education have certain enlightenment significance.
