目的:探讨县级医疗机构药事管理存在的普遍问题,引起药学管理者的高度重视。方法:通过对县级医疗机构药事管理工作进行实地检查,对照有关法律法规,找出普遍存在的问题。结果:县级医疗机构在药事管理组织建设、普通及特殊药品管理、处方质量、抗菌药物合理应用等方面存在不少问题。结论:县级医疗机构药事管理存在不少普遍问题,亟待解决。
Objective: To explore the general problems existing in the medical administration of county-level medical institutions and to attract the attention of the pharmacological managers. Methods: On-the-spot inspection of drug administration in county-level medical institutions was conducted to find out the ubiquitous problems according to relevant laws and regulations. Results: There are many problems in the construction of the pharmacy management organization, general and specialty drug management, prescription quality and the rational application of antibacterials at the county level medical institutions. Conclusion: There are quite a few common problems in the administration of drug administration at the county level medical institutions and it needs to be solved urgently.
