数控缠绕机的基本缠绕原理是将芯模的角位移量和小车的线位移量都变换为电数字量控制机床运转。筒形件的基本缠绕规律是等螺距、等螺旋角,称为线性缠绕。封头缠绕时缠绕角随封头半径位置的变化而变化,芯模转过相同角度时小车的位移量是不同的,称为非线性缠绕。缠绕角和切点数等工艺参数已给出相应的表达式。在非线性缠绕中丝嘴随芯模转动时的运动轨迹是一条非线性曲线,已建立了推导方法,给出相应的公式并进一步论述了四种缠绕约束方程对缠绕工艺的影响,为编制缠绕程序提供数学依据。
The basic winding principle of CNC winding machine is to convert the angular displacement of the core mold and the displacement of the trolley wire into electric digital control machine tool. The basic principle of winding cylindrical parts is equal pitch, such as helix angle, known as linear winding. When winding the head, the winding angle changes with the change of the position of the radius of the head. The displacement of the carriage when the core is rotated the same angle is different, which is called non-linear winding. Winding angle and number of points and other process parameters have been given the corresponding expression. In non-linear winding, the movement of the nozzle with the mandrel is a non-linear curve, and a derivation method has been established. The corresponding formulas are given and the influence of the four kinds of winding constraints on the winding process is further discussed. The program provides a mathematical basis.
