现就我院1956和1957二年间用口服法接种3,229例和压刺法接种1,885例共5,114例的结果,分析于下。一方法 1.接种前试验:采用死卡介苗双压试验代替孟都氏结素试验,死卡介苗每毫升含菌苗50毫克,系成都生物制品研究所供给。消毒左前臂上1/3皮肤后,滴死卡介苗2滴用消毒大号缝衣针(或废针头)穿过菌苗,与皮肤成30°角对皮肤作压刺二下,以不出血为度,干后穿衣服,于5-7天看反应。以硬结直径在2毫米以上者为阳性,有硬结而不足2毫米者为疑阳性;仅有红斑而无硬结者为阴性,对阴性者接种卡介苗。 2.口服法接种:采用一次喂完法。在新生儿出生后3-7天内的任何一天均可进行。用10毫克/毫升的口服卡介苗安瓿2支,用温糖水10毫升混合,于喂奶前,徐徐滴喂;喂
