利用数字化产品设计软件Solid Works构建了该提升机构的三维模型,并根据其在静载工况下的受力状态,利用Solid Works/Simulation插件对其关键部件提升臂做了有限元分析研究。通过三维模型的运动过程可直观地模拟提升机构的运行轨迹,避免干涉;通过有限元分析可完成提升臂的强度校核。结果表明,提升机构的结构满足设计要求,并提出了提升臂的改进方案。为该种车辆提升机构的设计提供了很好的理论依据。
The three-dimensional model of the lifting mechanism is constructed by the digital product design software Solid Works, and the finite element analysis of the lifting arm of the key components is performed by using the Solid Works / Simulation plug-in according to the stress state under static load. Through the three-dimensional model of the movement process can intuitively simulate the hoisting mechanism of the trajectory, to avoid interference; through the finite element analysis to complete the lifting arm strength check. The results show that the structure of lifting mechanism meets the design requirements and the improvement scheme of lifting arm is proposed. It provided a good theoretical basis for the design of this type of vehicle hoisting mechanism.
