目的:观察滋阴平肝潜阳汤调治阴虚阳亢型正常高值血压的临床疗效。方法:前瞻性、随机对照临床研究。共收集阴虚阳亢型正常高值血压者200例,所有病例随机分为治疗组(100人)与对照组(100人),分别用滋阴平肝潜阳汤和杞菊地黄丸治疗,并观察两组治疗前后血压水平、证候疗效、血脂、血糖等。结果:X1(收缩压)、X2(舒张压)、X4(甘油三酯)、X5(低密度脂蛋白)主要由F1(第一公因子)“动脉粥样硬化综合危险因素”解释,X3(总胆固醇)主要由F2(第二公因子)“胆固醇危险因素”解释,X6(高密度脂蛋白)主要由F3(第三公因子)“动脉粥样硬化风险抵抗因素”解释,X7(血糖)主要由F4(第四公因子)“代谢综合征因素”解释。结论:滋阴平肝潜阳汤是治疗阴虚阳亢型正常高值血压的有效方药,不但能降低血压、改善症状,还有降血脂作用。甘油三酯和低密度蛋白是高血压发生的主要危险因子。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Ziyin Pinggan qi yang decoction on normal high blood pressure of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity. Methods: A prospective, randomized, controlled clinical study. Conclusion: Ziyin Pinggan Qiangyang Decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of normal high blood pressure of yin deficiency and yang deficiency type. It not only can lower blood pressure, improve symptoms, but also can reduce blood fat. Triglycerides and low-density proteins are major risk factors for hypertension.
