由机械部成都工具研究所和湖州机床厂联合设计的HJ021—125型125吨钻头热挤压液压机,最近在湖州机床厂试制成功。经调试和工艺试验,挤压出直径为20、31.5毫米两种规格的麻花钻头,导程准确,表面光洁,符合要求。邀请上级主管部门、天津工具厂、杭州工具厂等有关单位验收,大家认为该机性能参数均符合设计要求,加工质量
HJ021-125 type 125t drill hot extrusion hydraulic press jointly designed by Chengdu Institute of Tools and Huzhou Machine Tool Factory was recently successfully trialled in Huzhou Machine Tool Factory. After commissioning and process test, extruding two kinds of twist drill with diameter of 20 and 31.5 mm, the lead is accurate, the surface is smooth, and meets the requirements. Invited higher authorities, Tianjin Tools Factory, Hangzhou Tools Factory and other relevant units for acceptance, we believe that the machine performance parameters are in line with design requirements, processing quality
