今年初,邓小平同志在南巡的谈话中强调指出:“正确的政治路线要靠正确的组织路线来保证。中国的事情能不能办好,社会主义和改革开放能不能坚持,经济能不能快一点发展起来,国家能不能长治久安,从一定意义上说,关键在人”。要选好人,用好人,把各级领导班子进一步建设成为政治坚定、勇于改革、团结协调、联系群众、廉洁务实、精干高效、能够更好地贯彻执行党的基本路线的领导集体,关键又在于正确理解和全面执行德才兼备的干部标准以及干部队伍建设的“四化”方针,要敢于冲破一些过了时的传统观念的束缚,正确把握干部标准的时代新含义。
