通过与国外同类产品的对比试验,表明研制的ST-11电弧刨割条在电弧吹力、去渣性等方面已经达到国外同类产品的水平。通过金相分析和焊接接头机械性能测定,证实刨割对低碳钢的质量没有影响。
Through the comparison test with similar foreign products, it shows that the developed ST-11 arc gouge cutting bar has reached the level of similar foreign products in terms of arc blowing force, slag removal and the like. Metallographic analysis and mechanical properties of the welded joints confirmed that planing had no effect on the quality of mild steel.
