埋入式盐浴炉是我国大力推广的节能炉型,由于该炉存在着砌炉难、回收炉胆难、坩埚寿命低、电极间导电面积小等缺点影响了推广。为此,我厂针对上述缺点进行了如下的改进。 坩埚砌筑方法的改进 目前盐浴炉坩埚主要存在着坩埚易鼓包和开裂,导致炉体早期破坏,以及耐火砖与电极。间渗、漏盐等缺点。为此我厂采用了如图1所示的重质耐火砖与耐火混凝土组合砌制。
