本文用索氏法从益智仁中提取挥发油,用正交试验法L9(33)优选提取条件,结果显示以石油醚为溶剂的索氏法提取的最佳条件是:浴温70℃、物料比(g/mL)30∶150、提取时间为2h。通过气相-质谱联用手段对挥发油的主要化学成分进行分析,以峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量;从益智仁挥发油中分离出31个色谱峰,鉴定了其中的28种成分,占挥发油总含量的94.62%,其主要成分依次为圆柚酮(14.10%)、朱栾倍半萜(13.53%)、2,6-二-叔丁基-苯醌(5.93%)等。
In this paper, Soxhlet extraction from the volatile oil, using orthogonal test L9 (33) preferred extraction conditions, the results show that the petroleum ether as the solvent Soxhlet extraction the best conditions are: bath temperature 70 ℃, the material (G / mL) 30: 150, extraction time 2h.
