应用血小板交叉试验 ,对15例恶性肿瘤血小板输注无效患者进行血小板供者筛选 ,并与盲目输注进行比较。结果 ,交叉试验阴性组的输注效果明显优于盲目输注组(P<0.01)。
Platelet cross-over was used to screen for platelet donors in 15 patients with ineffective platelet transfusions of malignant tumors and compared with blind infusion. Results, the cross-test negative infusion group was significantly better than the blind infusion group (P <0.01).
