本文介绍了对康明斯柴油机气缸漏气进行就车测试的几种方法。针对康明斯柴油机P-T燃油系的特殊性，即燃油高压产生于喷油器内部而无高压油管因而无法利用高压油管的高压脉冲信号来确定气缸位置，采用了独特的措施解决起动电流法测试过程中定缸位问题。实际应用表明，起动电流测缸漏的方法简便易行，而且根据电流曲线波形很容易判断出各缸的密封情况。
