目的 :探讨内皮素 - 1(ET - 1)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)在强直性脊柱炎 (AS)和类风湿关节炎(RA)病理生理过程中的作用。方法 :用放射免疫法检测AS和RA患者血浆及关节液中ET - 1、CGRP含量 ,并与健康志愿 (HC)组进行比较。结果 :AS、RA组血浆ET - 1水平均明显高于HC组 (P <0 .0 1) ;AS组和RA组血浆CGRP水平均与HC组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;关节滑液中CGRP水平明显高于血浆 (P <0 .0 1) ,ET - 1水平明显低于血浆 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :ET - 1、CGRP参与了AS、RA病理生理过程 ,但在AS、RA疾病过程中作用机制不同。
Objective: To investigate the role of endothelin - 1 (ET - 1) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in the pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: The contents of ET - 1 and CGRP in plasma and synovial fluid of patients with AS and RA were detected by radioimmunoassay and compared with healthy volunteers (HC) group. Results: The plasma levels of ET - 1 in AS and RA groups were significantly higher than those in HC group (P <0.01). The levels of plasma CGRP in AS and RA groups were not significantly different from those in HC group (P> 0.05). The level of CGRP in synovial fluid was significantly higher than that in plasma (P <0.01), and ET - 1 was significantly lower than that in plasma (P <0.01). Conclusion: ET - 1 and CGRP are involved in the pathophysiological process of AS and RA, but their mechanism of action is different in the process of AS and RA.
