分析了水电开发项目管理的内涵及特点,建立了基于集对论的水电开发项目合作伙伴选择流程,并以HSH水电开发项目发电机组设备合作伙伴选择为例进行分析。结果表明,集对论计算简便、评价结果精确,具有推广应用价值。
This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of hydropower development project management, establishes the partner selection process of hydropower development project based on set pair theory, and takes the selection of equipment partner of HSH hydropower development project as an example. The result shows that the set pair theory is easy to calculate, the evaluation result is accurate and has the value of popularization and application.
