二十多年来,我们集中给予了农村“留守儿童”“空巢老人”现象高度关注。但在汇聚了社会关注的目光之后,这些问题非但没有得到解决,反而是伴随着这两类现象的持续,又一新的或者说是更具有概括性的现象出现了,即“农村空心化”现象。其中“人口空心化”是其最典型表现。这一现象给我国农村经济、政治、治安、教育等方面带来了诸多问题。目前,我国农村“人口空心化”问题随着农村人口持续大量涌入城市呈现出越来越严重的态势。伴随着农村“人口空心化”现象,农村治安问题也日趋严峻。
For more than two decades, we have focused closely on the phenomenon of “left-behind children” and “empty nesters” in rural areas. However, after bringing together the eyes of the community, these problems have not been resolved. Instead, they have been accompanied by the continuance of these two types of phenomena, and the emergence of new or more general phenomena, that is, “the rural hollow-out ”phenomenon. Among them, “hollow population” is its most typical performance. This phenomenon has brought many problems to our country’s rural economy, politics, public security and education. At present, the issue of “population hollowing out” in rural areas in our country shows a more and more serious situation as the rural population continues to flood into the cities. Along with the phenomenon of “hollow population” in rural areas, the problem of public security in rural areas is also becoming more and more serious.
