本实验通过在正常及急性失血大鼠下丘脑外侧区(LH)注射人参单体皂甙Rb_1(Rb_1),以血压为指标,探讨了Rb_1的中枢性抗应激作用及其机理。在正常大鼠LH注射Rb_1μg,其平均动脉压(MAP)明显升高。在急性失血造成急性应激状态的大鼠,LH注射Rb_16μg后,其MAP上升程度显著高于正常给药组。同时血浆皮质醇测定结果显示,给Rb_1组明显高于对照组,而预先注射地塞米松后LH注射Rb_1则不再引起急性失血大鼠血压升高。提示LH注射Rb_1有明显的抗应激作用。
In this study, Rb 1 was injected into the lateral hypothalamic area (LH) of normal and acute hemorrhagic rats to investigate the central anti-stress effect of Rb 1 and its mechanism. In normal rats, Rb_1μg was injected into the LH, mean arterial pressure (MAP) increased significantly. In the acute state of acute blood loss caused by acute stress rats, LH injection of Rb_16μg, MAP increased significantly higher than the normal group. At the same time, the results of plasma cortisol test showed that the Rb_1 group was significantly higher than the control group, while the Rb_1 injection of dexamethasone after pre-injection of dexamethasone did not cause the increase of blood pressure in acute hemorrhagic rats. Prompt LH injection of Rb_1 obvious anti-stress effect.
