选用新型交联剂三烯丙基三聚异氰酸酯与二乙烯基苯为混合交联剂,合成了大孔聚丙烯腈树脂,以此为母体和盐酸羟胺反应合成了肟型树脂。以肟型树脂对铜吸附量的大小,间接判断树脂中氰基转化率的相对大小。研究了反应介质、温度、反应时间以及氰基与羟胺的摩尔比对肟化反应的影响。结果表确,廉价的水为肟化反应的较好介质,在此介质中反应,温度80℃为宜,反应时间延长,氰基转化率增加。
The new cross-linking agent, triallyl isocyanurate and divinylbenzene were used as the mixed cross-linking agent to synthesize the macroporous polyacrylonitrile resin. The oxime resin was synthesized by the reaction of the precursor with hydroxylamine hydrochloride. With the amount of copper adsorbed by the oxime resin, the relative size of the cyano conversion in the resin is indirectly determined. The effects of reaction medium, temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of cyano to hydroxylamine on the oximation reaction were investigated. The results show that cheap water is a better medium for oximation reaction, and the reaction in this medium is suitable at a temperature of 80 ℃. The reaction time is prolonged and the conversion of cyano group is increased.
