现阶段,随着国家与社会对人才的需求越来越多,质量要求也越来越高,其中在高职院校教育活动中,学生的思想政治教育工作十分关键,辅导员与学生之间的关系较为密切,在日常生活中学生之间有较多的接触机会。笔者以高职院校辅导员在思想政治教学中的地位与作用为研究对象,同时提出一些有效的教育策略。
