ParagonXP／S并行计算机系统是美国Intel公司90年代中期推出的具有代表性的巨型计算机系统，该系统是由大量并行工作的节点和大容量冗余陈列磁盘组成，它与传统计算机的主要区别就在于它的文件系统是PFS并行文件系统。文中详细介绍了并行文件系统的结构特点，并针对Paragon并行计算机应用过程中PFS并行文件系统出现的问题进行系统的分析研究，指出了加强对并行文件系统管理的重要性。
ParagonXP / S parallel computer system is a representative giant computer system introduced by Intel Corporation in the United States in the mid-1990s. The system consists of a large number of nodes working in parallel and large capacity redundant display disks. The main difference between the ParagonXP / Its file system is a PFS parallel file system. In this paper, the structural characteristics of parallel file system are introduced in detail, and the problems of PFS parallel file system in the application process of Paragon parallel computer are systematically analyzed. The importance of parallel file system management is pointed out.
