1994年,闵行区镇村工业企业被上海市郊县工业局等单位命名的新明星企业有13家,其中,独资企业7家、联营企业4家、中外合资企业2家。从建厂时间看,有长达10年的老厂,也有不足2年的新厂。其经济成份、产品结构各不相同,但都呈现出良好的经济运行态势,生产经营欣欣向荣、蒸蒸向上。据统计,这13家企业在1994年内,实现工业产值6.5亿元,销售5.9亿元,创利润7637万元,与1993年相比,增长比例分别达到44.8％、43.5％和33.3％;步入1995年一季度后,继续出现持续、快速、健康的增长势头。简析新明星企业所以能获得良好的经济运行质量的基本因素是:
