建立了氧瓶燃烧-离子色谱法同时测定米粉中硫磷含量方法。样品加入过氧化钠,经过氧瓶燃烧,吸收液吸收,离子色谱法测定硫酸根和磷酸根的含量。该方法对硫磷元素的线性范围分别为(0.01~60.00)μg/mL和(0.01~100.0)μg/mL,检出限分别为0.00324、0.00356μg/mL。用国家标准参考物质大米(GBW10010)和玉米(GBW10011)验证了方法的准确度,测定值与标准值吻合。用该方法测定米粉中硫磷的含量,具有操作简单、测量方便、运行成本低等优点。
An oxygen bottle combustion - ion chromatography method was established for simultaneous determination of phosphorothioate content in rice flour. Sodium peroxide was added to the sample, burned by an oxygen bottle, and absorbed by the absorption liquid. The content of sulfate and phosphate was determined by ion chromatography. The linear range of the parathion element was (0.01 ~ 60.00) μg / mL and (0.01 ~ 100.0) μg / mL, respectively. The detection limits were 0.00324 and 0.00356 μg / mL, respectively. The accuracy of the method was verified with the national standard reference material rice (GBW10010) and corn (GBW10011), and the measured values were consistent with the standard values. The determination of the contents of parathion in rice flour by the method has the advantages of simple operation, convenient measurement, low operation cost and the like.
