目的通过分析先天代谢疾病合并病毒性脑炎的临床表现,为及早诊断和治疗此类疾病提供佐证。方法对近年收治的2例先天代谢疾病合并病毒性脑炎患儿的临床表现进行分析。结果 1例患儿肝豆状核变性合并病毒性脑炎,经积极治疗后,症状缓解;1例患儿高雪病合并病毒性脑炎,虽经治疗,预后差。结论先天性代谢病本身常常伴有神经系统异常,容易与脑炎相混淆;同时,因代谢异常,患儿较易罹患感染,合并脑炎时,症状重,进展快,应该引起重视。
Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations of congenital metabolic diseases complicated with viral encephalitis and provide evidence for the early diagnosis and treatment of such diseases. Methods The clinical manifestations of 2 cases of congenital metabolic diseases complicated with viral encephalitis were analyzed in recent years. Results One case of hepatolenticular degeneration combined with viral encephalitis, after active treatment, the symptoms were relieved; one case of high snow disease with viral encephalitis, despite treatment, the prognosis is poor. Conclusions Congenital metabolic diseases are often accompanied by nervous system abnormalities and easily confused with encephalitis. In the meantime, due to abnormal metabolism, children are more susceptible to infection. When combined with encephalitis, symptoms and progression should be emphasized.
