目的调查广州市天河区妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)发病率。方法选取2012年10月至2013年12月1250名妊娠24~28周妇女的75g OGTT结果进行分析。结果根据2011年ADA指南推荐的GDM诊断标准进行统计,GDM发病率13.20%,其中年龄≥35岁妊娠期妇女发病率高于<35岁妊娠期妇女(31.63%vs 11.63%)。结论广州市天河区GDM发病率高,尤其是高龄妊娠期妇女。妊娠期应早筛查、早发现、早治疗,以保障母婴的良好结局。
Objective To investigate the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in Tianhe District, Guangzhou. Methods 75g OGTT results of 1250 pregnant women from 24 weeks to 28 weeks from October 2012 to December 2013 were analyzed. Results According to the GDM diagnostic criteria recommended by the ADA guidelines in 2011, the incidence of GDM was 13.20%. The incidence of gestational age women over 35 years of age was higher than that of women under 35 years of gestation (31.63% vs 11.63%). Conclusion The incidence of GDM in Tianhe District of Guangzhou City is high, especially in the elderly pregnant women. Pregnancy should be early screening, early detection, early treatment to protect the mother and baby good outcome.
