目的 探讨连续性血液净化（CBP）治疗重症心力衰竭合并肾衰竭患者的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析接受CBP治疗的18例重症心力衰竭合并肾衰竭患者的临床资料,记录并比较患者治疗前后平均血压（MBP）、心率（HR）、呼吸（RR）等生命体征及APACHEⅡ评分、血气分析、生化及左室射血分数（LVEF）的变化.结果 治疗后,14例患者心功能有所改善,有效率为77.77％；治疗12 h后,RR、HR、MBP等生命体征平稳,APACHEⅡ评分明显下降,血气指标pH、HCO3-、Pa（O2）、Sa（O2）等指标明显纠正；治
