国际标准化组织(ISO)明渠水流测量技术委员会(TC113)及所属7个分委员会,于1982年1月25日至2月5日在印度新德里召开了第十一次会议。与会的有加拿大、中国、法国、印度、荷兰、瑞士、英国、美国、苏联等9个国家的代表,共约60人。文件约100份。我国派出王锦生、向治安和郑如刚三人参加了会议。会议对一年多来的工作进行了审议,各分委员会对一批国际标准草案、技术报告草稿进行了讨论,并对下一步的工作做了安排。我国第一次以积极成员(P成员)的身份参加。提交会议6份文件(冰期测流时间选择、湿绳改正、水库水位容积测量、悬杆缆道、含沙量计算误差、黄河下游泥沙测验精度估算),均列入了议程,
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Open Channel Flow Measurement Technical Committee (TC113) and its seven subcommittees held their eleventh meeting in New Delhi, India, from January 25 to February 5, There are about 60 delegates from nine countries including Canada, China, France, India, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and the Soviet Union.
