地质部装备工业局于1981年4月上旬在无锡主持召开了两项优质产品质量抽样检查会。一项是无锡探矿机械厂生产的SH30-2型工程钻机，另一项是无锡钻探工具厂生产的金刚石扩孔器。检查结果已由地质部发布，两项产品均达到优级品水平。简要结论如下：
Bureau of Geology and Ministry of Equipment Industry in early April 1981 held in Wuxi hosted two high-quality product quality sampling inspection meeting. One is the SH30-2 drilling rig produced by Wuxi Exploration Machinery Factory and the other is the diamond reamer produced by Wuxi Drilling Tools Factory. Inspection results have been released by the Department of Geology, two products have reached the level of excellent products. Brief conclusions are as follows:
