目的探讨北京市某社区汉族男性钙调激素及骨转换指标的变化特征。方法回顾性分析2012年北京市某社区2 792名汉族男性查体者的一般资料、钙调激素25羟维生素D(25OHD)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)及骨转换指标I型原胶原氨基末端肽(PINP)、骨钙素(OC)、胶原C端交联物(CTX)的测定结果,探讨维生素D营养状态对上述骨转换指标的影响。结果受试者年龄24~97岁,平均(62.79±19.01)岁,血清25OHD水平平均为(19.84±8.65)ng/mL,维生素D充足者占11.96%,不足者占29.30%,缺乏者占58.74%。PTH随年龄增长呈升高趋势(P<0.001),与血钙呈负相关(r=-0.3192,P<0.0001)。OC、PINP及CTX与25OHD负相关(分别r=-0.1690,P<0.0001;r=-0.1799,P<0.0001;r=-0.1822,P<0.0001)。结论北京市某社区汉族男性25OHD水平普遍偏低,与骨转换指标呈负相关。
Objective To investigate the changes of calcineurin and bone turnover index in Han nationality in a community of Beijing. Methods The general data of 2 792 Han male patients from a community in Beijing in 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The results showed that 25 OH D, 25 PTH and B - (PINP), osteocalcin (OC) and C-terminal collagen (CTX) were measured to investigate the effect of vitamin D nutrition status on the bone turnover index mentioned above. Results The average age of patients aged 24-97 years (62.79 ± 19.01 years), serum 25OHD level (19.84 ± 8.65) ng / mL, vitamin D adequacy accounted for 11.96%, deficient accounted for 29.30%, lack of accounted for 58.74 %. PTH increased with age (P <0.001), but negatively correlated with serum calcium (r = -0.3192, P <0.0001). OC, PINP and CTX were negatively correlated with 25OHD (r = -0.1690, P <0.0001; r = -0.1799, P <0.0001; r = -0.1822, P <0.0001, respectively). Conclusions The level of 25OHD in Han nationality in a community of Beijing is generally low, which is negatively correlated with the bone turnover index.
