作者对207例多种关节病(类风湿多关节炎112例,感染—变态反应性关节炎20例,增生性关节病38例,伴有增生性关节病的类风湿多关节炎17例以及风湿性膝关节疼痛20例)病人(年龄16～75岁,男59例,女148例)作了642份膝关节音图(АФГ)。病人关节经X线检查,其中1/3病变不超过一级。其余患类风湿多关节炎者见关节腔缩窄,关节面侵蚀等变化。有540次检查膝关节运动时发生音响(摩擦音,震颤音或二者同时存在)。摩擦音(包括捻发音、雪样摩擦
