成人输尿管囊肿临床少见,瓦房店第三医院于2007年1月~2012年12月收治输尿管囊肿共30例,效果较好,现报道如下。1临床资料一般资料:本组30例输尿管囊肿患者中,男性12例,女性18例,年龄35~52岁,囊肿位于左侧20例、右侧8例、双侧2例。其中并发囊内结石2例,患侧肾萎缩1例,重复肾输尿管1例。伴有输尿管扩张10例,其中4例有肾盂积水。有泌尿系感染史者20例,单纯性腰背酸胀痛20例,血尿伴腰
