目的:探讨自主研发的密闭式静脉配药装置对减少细胞毒性药物配置过程中有毒气体对人体损害的效果。方法:分别采用2种配置方法在同一时间段配置同一种西林瓶类细胞毒性药物10份,实验组采用自主研发的密闭式配药装置,对照组采用传统的注射器配药法,检测72 h后配药护士尿液中细胞毒性药物的含量。结果:72 h后尿液中细胞毒性药物的含量实验组为(27.049±4.5)μg·g~(-1),对照组为(226.911±21.246)μg·g~(-1),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:使用我们自主研发的密闭式静脉配药装置配制西林瓶类细胞毒性药物,能有效减少有毒气体产生,保障护士职业安全。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of self-developed closed intravenous drug delivery device on reducing the damage to human body caused by poisonous gas in the process of cytotoxic drug deployment. Methods: Two kinds of configurational methods were used to dispose the same vials of Cytotoxic drugs 10 at the same time. The experimental group adopted the self-developed closed dispensing device. The control group was treated with the traditional syringe method. After 72 hours, Urine cytotoxic drug content. Results: After 72 hours, the content of cytotoxic drug in urine was (27.049 ± 4.5) μg · g -1 in the experimental group and (226.911 ± 21.246) μg · g -1 in the control group, There was statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusions: The use of our self-developed closed intravenous dispensing device for the preparation of vials of Cytotoxic drugs can effectively reduce the generation of toxic gases and ensure the occupational safety of nurses.
