1999年6月29日至30日,在贵阳召开了两年一度的全国节能中心工作座谈会。全国各省、市及自治区节能中心负责人、国家经贸委、国家计委、贵州省政府、贵州省经贸委有关负责人共80余人参加了会议。本次会议的中心议题是进一步贯彻《中华人民共和国节约能源法》及贯彻落实1999年全国资源节约综合利用工作会议精神,介绍“世行/GEF中国节能促进项目”
From June 29 to June 30, 1999, a biennial national energy conservation center working symposium was held in Guiyang. More than 80 people from chargers of energy conservation centers of various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, State Economic and Trade Commission, State Development Planning Commission, Guizhou provincial government and Guizhou Economic and Trade Commission attended the meeting. The central issue of this meeting is to further implement the “Energy Conservation Law of the People’s Republic of China” and implement the spirit of the 1999 National Work Conference on Resource Conservation and Utilization, introducing the “World Bank / GEF China Energy Conservation Promotion Project”
