目的总结甲型H1N1流感的临床诊治经验,探讨诊治方法。方法对北京市怀柔区第一医院收治确诊的136例甲型H1N1流感的临床特点、救治及转归进行回顾性分析。结果患者临床表现主要为发热、咽痛等,经过抗病毒、抗感染、中医中药治疗后,治愈134例,死亡2例。结论对甲型H1N1流感轻症患者应采取抗病毒对症治疗,甲型H1N1流感重症患者强调抗病毒同时抗感染治疗效果好。
Objective To summarize the experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment of Influenza A (H1N1) and discuss the diagnosis and treatment methods. Methods The clinical features, treatment, and outcome of 136 confirmed cases of H1N1 influenza in the First Hospital of Huairou District, Beijing were retrospectively analyzed. Results The main clinical manifestations of patients with fever, sore throat, after antiviral, anti-infective, Chinese medicine treatment, the cure of 134 cases, 2 patients died. Conclusion Influenza A (H1N1) influenza should be taken anti-virus symptomatic treatment for patients with mild type A (H1N1). Patients with severe type A (H1N1) influenza should emphasize anti-virus and anti-infection therapy.
