以往文献中介绍的无芯捧拔管的拔制力计算式,均忽略附加剪切变形所消耗的拔制力,计算结果低于实测值,以此估计的极限道次变形量则偏高。本文推导了考虑附加剪切变形的拔制力计算式和与此相应的极限道次变形量和最佳模半锥角估计方法。验证试验的结果表明,本文所提出的算式的计算结果与实际值较吻合。
In the prior literature, the formula for drawing force without core tube extubation is ignored, and drawing force consumed by additional shear deformation is neglected. The calculated result is lower than the measured value, so the estimated amount of ultimate pass deformation is high. In this paper, the calculation formulas of pulling force considering the additional shear deformation and the corresponding methods of estimating the ultimate deformation and the optimum half-cone angle are derived. The result of verification test shows that the calculation result of this paper is in good agreement with the actual value.
